Overview

RocKwiz Live is returning to QPAC for a special night of unique entertainment!

Come and see Julia Zemiro, Brian Nankervis and The RocKwiz Orkestra with very special musical guests and, of course, hilarious audience members this April!

With quizzing, comedy, live music and classic segments like Who Can It Be Now, Million Dollar Riff and The Furious Five, this will be a night of joyful mayhem that will have you dancing all the way home!

RocKwiz Live is a live on-stage incarnation of the cult hit TV show RocKwiz that aired on SBS for 175 episodes and most recently re-emerged with a new series on Foxtel. With all your favourite segments, two fabulous hosts, a killer band, be sure not to miss this excellent night out!

  • The kind of electricity that only a twenty-year cult favourite can generate.
    Anita Kertes Hi Fi Way
  • The format was refreshingly unchanged in all the right ways.

  • Special mention goes to The RocKwiz Orkestra. They were the steady heartbeat beneath every segment, shifting effortlessly from soulful backing to punchy rock riffs.
    Anita Kertes Hi Fi Way
  • Fun, jubilantly chaotic, and jammed packed with sing-alongs, RocKwiz Live proved that its heart still beats as loudly and lovingly as ever.

  • Looking around at all the smiling faces and dancing feet filing out of the theatre, one thing was perfectly clear – RocKwiz Live was undoubtedly worth the wait.
    The Music
  • This was about as much fun as this reviewer has ever had at the Cabaret Festival.
    David Washington In Daily
  • The laughs are huge. The music magnificent. The hosts marvellous. And the contestants a delight. It’s the kind of experience that makes you feel good from the inside out.
    Julia Hosking Seesaw Magazine
