Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians

We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ancestors of this land, their spirits and their legacy. The foundations laid by these ancestors give strength, inspiration and courage to current and future generations, both First Nations and non-First Nations peoples, towards creating a better Queensland.

With a growing following and a reputation for engaging live shows, LanGwij are working towards their debut release in late 2026.

Sunday, 2 August 2026, From 5pm

trials | 5pm

Dan Rankine PKA as trials is a renowned producer from Adelaide with two double Platinum and 10 Gold records under his belt, along with four ARIA Awards and five further nominations.

As a producer, trials has written musical scores for several movies, miniseries and documentaries. His impressive body of work includes collaborations, co-writes and production of tracks with a wide range of artists and genres including Drapht, Gurrumul, Archie Roach, Hilltop Hoods, Pete Murray, Seth Sentry, Illy, DZ Deathrays, Paul Kelly, Thelma Plum, Mo’Ju and Dune Rats to name a few.

trials’ work with A.B. ORIGINAL has left a mark on the Australian music scene like no other. A.B. ORIGINAL have appeared at several live events including BigSound keynote presentation and interview, MCing and performances at Laneway, supporting 50 Cent, Hilltop Hoods and Midnight Oil Australian tours, and a special live performance with Paul Kelly at the 2017 ARIA Awards.

In May 2026, trials finally released his highly anticipated debut autobiographical solo album. Entirely produced, performed, recorded and mixed by trials, hendle is an unflinching emotive collection of 10 songs that tell the unsanitised story of a childhood built on displacement and the carceral system.

Three Fires | 5:45pm

Three Fires connects Gugu Yalanji, Kamilaroi, Tongan, Jawoyn and Torres Strait Islander artists Jungaji, Radical Son and Candice Lorrae, bringing to the stage some of their best work spanning more than two decades in music. This is a one-night-only performance not to be missed.

Built across three chapters, Lineage, Gathering and Becoming, the show moves through past, present and future, inviting audiences to reflect on the fire that came before us, the fire we share now, and the fire we carry forward.

Backed by a dynamic live band, Three Fires moves seamlessly between Indigenous Soul / R&B, Roots, Folk and storytelling. Rich, layered harmonies sit at the heart of the performance, as each artist brings their own distinct voice, coming together in powerful moments of collaboration.

More than a concert, Three Fires is a gathering, a space of connection, culture and shared experience. We invite audiences to listen deeply and be carried by the strength of song, harmony and community.
