  • Loved the panel and the panel experts. Rebecca Levingston is a fantabulous MC and both panellists were incredibly insightful. But hand on heart, Rhonda and Casey were why I was there, and they did not disappoint, entertaining and enlightening. Woah! I knew their schedules were hectic and you often think and wonder how they fit it all in, but until you hear it authentically from a lived experience… well you just can’t really imagine it can you?! All glory to the physios and the humble can of tuna!

  • I found the whole presentation very educational for me, and it helped me to enjoy the opera that I saw this evening. I learnt quite a lot about singing especially choral singing. The added icing on the cake was the choir that sang at the end of the session. All in all, a wonderful event.

  • I really enjoyed the discussion about lost words. I gained new knowledge, and as a language teacher to migrants and refugees, I will be able to incorporate a lot of knowledge into my lessons.

  • Loved getting the behind-the-scenes perspective on Illume and Bangarra. Mayella was an awesome facilitator and Rikki and Craig were super engaging. Wish we’d seen the performance before the talk but catching it right after Saturday night was incredible. 💯 deserving of the standing ovation. You could really see how all aspects came together like Rikki and Craig spoke about. The whole performance was beautifully executed. Thank you for another awesome Friends of QPAC event. ❤️🖤

  • This is the first time that I have had to make my way to QPAC especially for one of these events. Usually, I have already been there for a show. I really enjoyed the insights provided by the participants and was glad that I took the time to attend.

  • It was an excellent view of 40 years of the 'behind the scenes' history of QPAC. A great selection of artefacts from your extensive collection.
