His unique blend of jazz, soul, and gospel has earned him critical acclaim and huge global success.

Celebrated for his warm baritone voice, he has twice won the Grammy Award for Best Jazz Vocal Album: first in 2014 for Liquid Spirit and then again in 2017 for Take Me to the Alley and was recently nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album.
