Overview

Humanity Rejoices

Beethoven’s enduring masterpiece makes a triumphant return in 2024. It begins with a whisper. Pinpricks of light start glowing with the excitement of the musical odyssey to come. Then wholly unified, a brooding orchestral force rises. Under the baton of Chief Conductor Umberto Clerici, bask in Beethoven’s embrace of the full spectrum of human emotion and experience the rapture of the glorious finale, ‘Ode to Joy’. Sit back and marvel as the sound of Brisbane Chamber Choir and our superb soloists fill the Concert Hall. One of the crowning achievements of classical music, you won’t want to miss a moment of Beethoven’s exhilarating testament to the human spirit.
