Important information

  • Your Tour Guide will meet you on the Ticket Sales Level outside the Cloakroom to commence the Tour. Please aim to arrive 15 mins prior to the start time to avoid missing the commencement of the Tour. You will need to show the Tour Guide your Tour e-ticket emailed to you.
  • Tours are conducted in English.
  • As this is a walking tour and there are stairs on the tour route, it may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. If you have any mobility issues, please contact us on 3842 9469 prior to booking for the Tour online.
  • Tour is not recommended for children under 5 years. No prams permitted on Tour.
  • All minors under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on the Tour.
  • No hot beverages are permitted on Tour.

What happens if I can’t make my tour?

Please contact QTIX on 136 246 as soon as possible to advise if you can no longer attend.


What happens if I am late for my tour?

The Tour will depart on time. If you arrive late, please report to Stage Door Concierge in the Pedestrian Tunnel, where staff will advise you how to join the Tour.


What can I bring with me on the tour?

Where possible, limit the bags you bring with you as cloaking facilities are limited. For safety, we suggest you wear flat, enclosed, rubber-soled shoes for this walking tour with steps.
