Due to the changing environment in which we are operating, please refer to the updated trading hours below (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
QTIX opening hours are as follows, (this applies to the phones and counter for ticket sales and enquiries):
Monday to Saturday – Counter and Phones open from 9am to 8:30pm.
Sunday – Phones open 2 hours before a scheduled performance in Lyric or Concert Hall and 30 mins after the show starts. Theatre box offices/counter open 90 minutes prior to scheduled performances (at any Theatre).
Please note the change in operating hours for QTIX on Anzac Day and the Anzac Day Public Holiday:
Sunday, 25 April – We are open from 1pm to 8pm
Monday, 26 April – Closed
