We are seeking applications for the casual role of Chef de Partie. Reporting to the Executive Chef and nominated Sous Chef, you will bring valued contribution to the daily operations of QPAC's smooth kitchen operations and management, working across five food outlets within the one building! Serving large numbers of patrons on a daily basis, we are looking for your driven and professional attitude and passion for producing quality food within an exciting and busy industry. Your drive and strong communication skills will foster strong relationships with our wider front of house team members, internal and external customers.
This is not a 9-5 position and requires a high degree of flexibility in their work times as the majority of shifts are rotated over seven (7) days, predominantly during evenings and weekends to meet operational demands. As a minimum requirement to meet business needs, applicants must be available for a minimum of three (3) shifts per week. Within this availability, staff must be available for one (1) shift on a Wednesday and one (1) shift on a Saturday.
