Katya Lou-King is a drag performer based in Brisbane and is a proud member of the Kamilaroi (Coonabarabran NSW). Katya has been preforming since 2016 across Queensland from Ipswich, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. She regularly appears at the Sportsman Hotel where she is the fortnightly floor hostess for karaoke and occasionally preforms on VIP Thursday, Fab Friday’s and Top This.
Katya has also donated her time for CWC Charity Event every year since she started performing and continues to do so. She was nominated for Drag Performer of the Year 2019 and has won the Golden Glove challenge of OutBack Divas. Katya takes inspiration from all walks of life as it helps her grow as a person and as a performer and wants to continue her style, performance and creativity to help express herself and show the LGBTQ+ community what she’s got.
