The University of Queensland School of Music presents the UQ Symphony Orchestra and the UQ Chorale, under the combined leadership of Dr Warwick Potter and Mr Graeme Morton AO, and joined by selected choirs for Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 (Resurrection).
Experience the scale and majesty of this famous work, with over 400 performers on stage, as well as the spatial work "Songbirdsongs" by John Luther Adams, performed by flautists and percussionists in collaboration with triple Grammy award winner and UQ alumnus Tim Munro, the 2017 Paula and Tony Kinnane Musician in Residence.
