Overview

The University of Queensland School of Music presents the UQ Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Dr Warwick Potter, and its own keyboard Ensemble in Residence, the Viney-Grinberg Piano Duo, in a special concert commemorating the Golden Jubilee of the Alumni Friends of UQ.

Liam Viney and Anna Grinberg will be the dual soloists in Mozart's beloved Piano Concerto No. 10 in Eb Major, K.365. This program also features Australian composer Elena Kats-Chernin’s homage to the Argentinian tango master Astor Piazzolla, Recollecting ASTORoids, and will conclude with William Walton’s powerfully emotional Symphony No. 1 in Bb.
