International drag superstar Trevor Ashley (Little Orphan TrAshley, Fat Swan, Hairspray, Priscilla Queen of the Desert - The Musical) is more Minnelli than Minnelli herself. Having performed as Liza all over the world, Ashley’s hilarious drag tribute has been hailed as "perfection" (Gay Times UK), "unrivalled" (Limelight) and a "remarkable impersonation" (Sydney Morning Herald).

While Liza is a true Broadway legend, her appearances on the musical stage have been few and far between, and she's only ever sung in a couple of true movie musicals. Liza’s Back! (Is Broken) explores all the great roles and Broadway show tunes that Liza never got to sing … think Cats, The Sound of Music, A Chorus Line and even Wicked!

After smash seasons in London, Melbourne, and Sydney, don't miss Trevor Ashley as Liza singing Broadway's greatest hits, including "I Have Confidence", "Memory", "Send in the Clowns", "One Singular Sensation", plus her own classics, "Maybe This Time", "Cabaret" and "New York, New York!".

It’ll be "tcherrific!"

Trevor Ashley

Trevor Ashley is one of Australia's most sought-after and successful performers. He has built a career as an actor, writer, director, and international queen of cabaret.

Ashley recently starred as Thenardier in Cameron Mackintosh's Les Miserables for which he was nominated for a Helpmann Award. Previously, Trevor played the leading role of Edna Turnblad in David Atkins' Hairspray (Sydney Theatre Award nomination), and was also an original cast member of Priscilla Queen of the Desert – the Musical, creating the role of Miss Understanding.

But it is in the works of his own creation that he truly shines including, Fat Swan (Helpmann nominee), Little Orphan TrAshley, Diamonds Are For Trevor (Helpmann nominee), I'm Every Woman (Sydney Theatre Award  Best Cabaret), and Liza (on an E), a show which has taken him around Australia and the world, culminating with a season in London's West End.

In July 2015, Trevor made his directorial debut to sold out audiences and critical acclaim with the Australian Premiere of Heathers: The Musical (Sydney Theatre Award nominee Best Direction of a Musical) which played a sell out season at the Sydney Opera House in June 2016.

Trevor most recently debuted his brand new show Liza's Back! (is Broken) in London and premiered Twins, for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival with the fabulous Rhonda Burchmore.
