A brand new show with a 40-piece orchestra
After her sell-out QPAC concert in 2016, Broadway star Megan Hilty returns to Brisbane for one night only, this time with a magnificent 40-piece orchestra.
Tony Award-nominated Megan Hilty is best known for her role as Ivy Lynn in the hit NBC television series Smash, Glinda in Wicked, and star turns in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, and 9 to 5: The Musical.
Called a “burgeoning blonde bombshell” by The Daily Beast, Hilty’s electrifying voice and star power are brilliantly showcased with songs from SMASH, Wicked, jazz standards, The Great American Songbook, and much more.
Megan will be accompanied on stage by Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra.
“A star of the first magnitude with a voice that could blast a tune to the back wall of the theatre or caress a ballad with touching sweetness or regret.” Stage Whispers
“This is a hugely entertaining show full of humour, humility, honesty and immense talent, which has its audiences justifiably jumping to a standing ovation.” Blue Curtains Brisbane
