London-based Australian pianist Jayson Gillham has emerged as one of the finest pianists of his generation. He has given numerous recitals at the Wigmore Hall and performed with leading conductors and orchestras including the London Philharmonic, Hallé Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra and the major Australian orchestras. In 2019 he performed all five Beethoven concertos with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra and Nicholas Carter. Jayson is an exclusive ABC Classics recording artist.

Gillham was the winner of the prestigious 2014 Montreal International Piano Competition and has reached the final rounds of the Leeds and Van Cliburn competitions and the International Chopin Competition in Warsaw. Critics have spoken of his ‘star quality, technical prowess and natural musicality’, with one being ‘reminded at various times of Artur Rubinstein’. An avid chamber musician, he has performed with the Jerusalem, Carducci and Brentano Quartets.
