The Beamish Brothers is a rising duo of multi-talented siblings handcrafting a new flavour of intelligent alt-pop music. 2019 marked the much anticipated launch of The Beamish Brothers after achieving eight million streams prior to this as a featured artist. Their recently released EP Brutalism broke into the scene after attracting over 100,000 streams on Spotify. Their fusion of “soul, funk and indie-pop” (Popart) and the “duo’s synergy and delivery of flawless, celestial harmonies” (Artist1on1) only scratches the surface of what these Toowoomba brothers can do.
The Beamish Brothers completed a Japan and South Korea tour in June. Their “freshness, pure youthful groove and exceptionally beautiful harmonies” (Megahorn) attracted the attention of several Japanese media platforms. It also helped them ink a distribution deal in South Korea. On the tail of their overseas travels, the brothers supported Tia Gostelow for The Sound Society Festival. They toured Australia and concluded the year by signing a global publishing deal with the incredible Embassy Music.
Now with 2020 underway, The Beamish Brothers prepare for their biggest release to date. All eyes are on them after they teased a new single on national TV during the Eurovision Australia Decides broadcast for which they were runner-ups. With the ball in their court, the brothers are more excited than ever to show the world what they can truly do.
