Melissa Clarke is a Brisbane-based jazz and contemporary vocalist who has a passion for performing. She is currently in her second year of studying a Bachelor of Jazz Voice at the Queensland Conservatorium, under the tutelage of Dave Spicer, Kristin Berardi and Irene Bartlet. She has been gigging since the age of 16, performing pop covers and original music, but has taken a liking to jazz in more recent years. The Brisbane music scene is an environment full of inspiration, giving Melissa the opportunity to perform at venues such as The Brisbane Powerhouse, the Brisbane Jazz Club, and has performed alongside musicians such as Dave Spicer and Renae Suttie.

The Melissa Clarke Trio prides themselves on providing an enjoyable experience for their audience by playing a range of styles, from jazz to pop, Brazilian and original music. Theo Parrot (keys) and Bernie Morgan (bass) both have a passion for playing music and their love for this is clear on stage, making the trio a euphoric listening experience.
