Join us at Green Jam for a packed evening featuring Malia Stirling and Gabrielle Kerr.

Malia Stirling’s sound may best be described as Folk-Pop, however it is her unique rich vocals that set her apart. With her classical vocal training influencing her sound, her subtle blues undertones and her soulful storytelling, Malia’s music will transport you to a serene forest and touch your heart.

Inspired by the likes of Missy Higgins, Matt Corby and Kate Miller-Heidke, Malia composes her own original music and recreates hit songs from the ’80s to now. For the past 4 years she has been playing at numerous restaurants, venues and events across the Sunshine Coast.

Currently, she studies at the Conservatorium of Music on the Gold Coast; furthering her journey by widening her horizons and honing her skill. Also with a supporting band now in tow, her sound has unleashed its potential and will make your heart move and your body groove. Make sure to follow her gig guides to catch her in action and snatch a hard copy of her debut E.P. or keep an eye out for it’s release on Spotify and iTunes.

Gabrielle Kerr speaks truths; the young raconteur is an old soul watching this new world spin. Her introspective lyrics will draw you in as she crows the blues, hints of folk and rock in the songbird's melodies. Telling tales of life, death and all things in between.

Inspirations and influences ranging from Hozier, Kaleo, Aurora and The Dear Hunter. No stranger to the stage she’s performed at festivals such as the Tamworth Country Music Festival, the Urban Festival, the Gympie Music Muster, along with being titled Instrumentalist of the year at the Queensland Champion of Champions 2015.
