Come and catch a show from our deadly children’s programming! Every Saturday across Clancestry, Namul Namul Day (Children’s Day) will feature artists including Alinta McGrady, Waveney Yasso and Lucas Proudfoot, with songs and stories for the whole family.

Namul Namul means children in the local Yagara language.

Age: Recommended for ages 3 to 12 years old

Lucas’s high-energy musical performances will have the kids jumping, laughing and dancing in no time. A talented storyteller, Lucas plays guitar, didgeridoo and stomp box and he’s even been a special guest of ABC Play School! Known for his fast wit and cheeky humour, Lucas has been entertaining young audiences across Australia for the last 10 years.   

 

Our Backyard

Our Backyard by Alinta McGrady and Waveney Yasso | Sat 28 May 2022, 9:30am & 2pm

Age: Recommended for ages 2 to 8 years old

Explore the wonder of Our Backyard! Join musicians and songwriters Alinta McGrady and Waveney Yasso as they show you around their backyard, a special place rich with songs and stories. Sing and dance with their native animal friends and learn about working together to take care of the land and each other. Groove along to their eclectic sounds, with funk, reggae, hip hop and folk, beautifully entwined with First Nations language and lore.

 

Scavenger Hunt  
Don’t forget to keep a look out for our deadly friends hiding around the Green! They won’t be in the same place twice, so come along every Saturday, put on your finding hat and go searching!
