Carnival of the Animals whisks you away on a thrilling circus escapade inspired by Camille Saint-Saëns delightful salute to feathers, fur and fins. Bringing this classical music suite to life for a new generation of circus, music and animal lovers, Carnival of the Animals captivates with whimsical tales of creatures of the land and sea.
Circa’s world-famous acrobats will be joined by eight exceptional young artists from Brisbane. Together they will fly, tumble, leap and spin their way through the wondrous worlds of the animal kingdom in this re-imagined production. Brisbane audiences will be the first in Australia to see this very special version of Circa’s acclaimed family favourite.

Circa’s Carnival of the Animals workshops are your chance to try some of the circus skills, moves and tricks you see in the show! Led by Circa Trainers, this fun one hour workshop will give you a taste of circus, introducing you to acrobatics, juggling and hula hooping. Places are strictly limited and for ticket holders for the Thursday, 30 June and Friday, 1 July performances only. Book now!
