Please ensure you have your Booking Reference Number to hand when you are collecting your tickets.

For Concert Hall performances

• Collect from the main Box Office, upstairs (Level M) from the Grey Street entrance to QPAC.

For Cremorne Theatre performances

• If you are collecting your tickets more than one hour prior before your performance, please collect from the main Box Office, upstairs (Level M) from the Grey Street entrance to QPAC
• If you are collecting your tickets within an hour of your performance, please collect from Cremorne Theatre Box Office, ground level of the Cremorne Theatre (entrance faces the river)

For Lyric Theatre performances

• Collect from the main Box Office, upstairs (Level M) from the Grey Street entrance to QPAC.

For Playhouse performances

• If you are collecting your tickets more than one hour prior before your performance, please collect from the main Box Office, upstairs (Level M) from the Grey Street entrance to QPAC
• If you are collecting your tickets within an hour of your performance, please collect from Playhouse Box Office, Level 1 of the Playhouse (entrance adjacent to the Wheel of Brisbane)
