Ticket Delivery Methods
When purchasing tickets online you can choose between the following delivery options. Please note that the delivery method you select will apply to all items in your basket including theatre tickets, car park vouchers, gift vouchers or any other extras.
Collect from Box Office
Please ensure you have your Booking Reference Number to hand when collecting tickets from the Box Office.
If you are collecting your tickets more than one hour prior to your performance, please collect from the main Box Office, upstairs (Level M) from the Grey Street entrance to QPAC. If you are collecting your tickets within an hour of your performance, you may have to collect your tickets from your venue Box Office.

Standard Mail
If you choose to have your tickets delivered by standard mail please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Your tickets will be delivered to the address on your account that you will see displayed when you log in to your account. If you are purchasing your tickets less than 7 days out from your selected performance date, this delievery option will not be available and you will be able to
collect your tickets from the Box Office.
Print@Home
We are currently offering
Print@Home tickets for selected events only. We plan to roll out this delivery option to more events over the coming year. Please note we are currently not able to offer this delivery option if you are purchasing a car park voucher or extras along with your theatre tickets. Thank you for your patience.
