Eurobeat, Almost Eurovision competition
Win two economy airfares from Brisbane to Oslo, Norway, flying Finnair, two tickets to the finals of Eurovision Song Contest on May 29, 2010 and $1000 spending money towards accommodation and transfers.

3. Entry is open to participants who purchase tickets to the QPAC season of Eurobeat, Almost Eurovision (25 November to 5 December, 2009). All ticket buyers are automatically entered in the draw and eligible to win the prize.
4. Directors, management and employees of QPAC and Glynn Nicholas Group are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
5. The competition closes at 7.30pm Saturday 5 December.
6. The draw will take place during the final performance of Eurobeat. Almost Eurovision at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC on Saturday 5 December, 2009.
7. A nightly winner (finalist) will be chosen at random from tickets sales for each of the ten performances. Finalists will receive two complimentary tickets to attend the final performance of Eurobeat, Almost Eurovision at Lyric Theatre, QPAC on Saturday 5 December, 2009 at 7.30pm.
8. The prize winner will be chosen at random from the 10 finalists.
9. The winner will receive:
a. Two economy airfares from Brisbane to Oslo, Norway flying Finnair (including any internal Australian flight to reach Finnair point of departure)
b. Two tickets to the finals of Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Oslo, Norway on May 29, 2010
c. $1000 spending money towards accommodation, transfers and other expenses.
10. The total prize value of the airfares and spending money is $5000 (includes GST and fees). This figure is an estimate only and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values. Tickets to Eurovision represent a money-can’t- buy experience.
11. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any other person, except as provided in these terms and conditions.
12. The names of the winning entrants will be published on the QPAC website www.qpac.com.au on 7 December 2009. The winning entrants will also be notified by phone, if they are not in attendance at the draw.
13. The winners of this promotion agree to allow their names and/or photograph to be used in conjunction with any advertising or promotion for, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Promoter.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter’s marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. The Promoter respects your privacy rights and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.
15. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Glynn Nicholas Group and/or Queensland Performing Arts Trust , will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or the promotion.
