Finding your theatre


There are four theatres and several levels within QPAC, but it is easy to navigate around once you get your bearings.
As a starting point, check your tickets to see which theatre you are attending.


Lyric Theatre

The Lyric Theatre

is located on the Melbourne Street/riverside corner of QPAC. Enter from the Melbourne Street entrance and proceed up the stairs or take the lift to Level 1 for the Stalls or Level 2 for Balconies 1 and 2.

Concert Hall

The Concert Hall

is located on the Melbourne Street/Grey Street corner of QPAC. Enter from the Melbourne Street entrance and proceed up the stairs or take the lift to Level 1 for the Stalls or Level 2 for the Balcony.

Playhouse

The Playhouse

is located at the South Bank Parklands end of QPAC. Entrances and lifts face the Parklands at either corner of the building.

The Cremorne Theatre

is located on the river side of QPAC, with the entrance about half way along the building. The Box Office is on the ground floor, Stalls on Level 1 and Balcony on Level 2.

Access changes

Access changes at QPAC

Due to construction at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, cars travelling north along Grey Street can no longer turn right into Russell Street or turn at the entrance to the QPAC tunnel.

Mobility Difficulties

Patrons with mobility difficulties

A specific set down area is now open in the QPAC basement 90 minutes prior to and one hour after performances in the QPAC Concert Hall and Lyric Theatre.
