Tommy Younan
Growing up in Turkey, Tommy's love of bold flavours and Mediterranean dishes developed into a love of cooking. He began his career in a small café in Turkey, before moving to New York where he trained in Italian culinary techniques.
Former Head Chef at Bubbles and Bean Café in Brisbane CBD and working at Conrad Treasury and Broncos Leagues Club, Tommy brings a wealth of experience to The Café and a passion for elegant food which excites the palette.
