Bringing together two iconic Australian artists in
Tim Rogers (You Am I) and nine-piece soul/funk outfit
The Bamboos, it's
The Rock n Soul Medicine Show!
Sparks flew when Rogers collaborated with Bamboos bandleader
Lance Ferguson on one of the biggest songs of 2012,
I Got Burned, which was included on the ARIA Award nominated Bamboos album
Medicine Man. The track was championed by the likes of triple j, ABC Radio, Triple M and catapulted by a legendary live performance on ABC TV's
Adam Hills In Gordon St Tonight.
These raucous merchants of Soul and Rock 'n Roll will be rambling into town, peddling musical elixirs new and old alongside some carefully hand-picked classic covers.

Money For RopeSix guys, two drum kits, two guitars, one bass guitar and four voices amount to an impressive and perhaps surprisingly classy sound that you’d be daft to pass up. Sounds like
Nick Cave in surround sound, like
Crowded House with a few more beers, like
Midnight Oil but less oily… and like that indescribable Australian rock ‘n’ roll spirit.
