MEET HAYDEN KREMMER
Hayden started his apprenticeship in 2009 with our current Executive Chef, Anthony Fullerton, at Hotel Realm in Canberra. Hayden relocated to Queensland in January 2012 to complete his apprenticeship with QPAC.
Although only being in the industry for a relatively short time, Hayden has achieved a considerable amount of success. He entered the World Skills Australia, Commercial Cookery Competition winning a Gold Medal in 2009 and a Silver Medal in 2011. He also entered the Nestle Golden Chefs Hat in 2010 and 2011 winning a Silver Medal in 2010 and a Bronze Medal in 2011. Hayden was nominated for the Australian Hotels Association 'Best Apprentice Chef' twice, receiving a Highly Commended in 2010 and taking out the Award in 2011.
More recently Hayden entered the 2012 Apprentice Chef of the Year Competition, where he finished in 3rd place overall. At such a young age, Hayden has great knowledge and skills which will only develop further over time. We predict he will become one of Australia's brightest culinary stars in the future!
