The London Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the finest orchestras on the international stage, will be in Brisbane for two nights of superb music under Principal Conductor, Vladimir Jurowski.
Russian Vadim Repin, described by London's Daily Telegraph as one of today's most compelling musicians is the youngest-ever winner of the world's most prestigious and demanding violin competition, the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels. Repin will perform one of the best known and technically difficult of all violin concertos, the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto.
