Overview

As part of QPAC's 25th Anniversary, the Queensland Pops Orchestra will present a special family concert featuring the classic story of Peter and the Wolf, narrated by one of Australia's favourite actors - John Wood (Blue Heelers, Rafftery's Rules).

The concert will also feature a wonderful orchestral arrangement inspired by the popular children's book Miss Lily's Fabulous Pink Feather Boa, narrated by actress Emily Branford.

Other pieces to be performed will include: What's Up at the Symphony - Bugs Bunny's Greatest Hits; a wonderful medley of favourite film songs Disney Magic; and the swingin' sounds of Austin Powers with the Quincy Jones classic 60s piece Soul Bossa.
