Work Experience
Work experience helps you make an informed decision about your career. QPAC Work Experience placements allow students to gain an understanding of how the Performing Arts Industry operates and to receive advice about pursuing a career in the arts industry. Work will depend on the type of placement and work area in which the student is placed.
Criteria
Work Experience Placements need to fit the following criteria:
- Must be Year 11 and 12 secondary students or tertiary students (if work experience is a mandatory requirement to complete the relevant course)
- Must be currently studying
- A demonstrated interest in the Performing Arts
- Available to do work experience at an allocated time
To apply for a placement, write to the Work Experience Coordinator outlining the preferred time period, the type of work experience requested and the skills and experience which relate to the work experience being requested.
