Students get 'up close and personal' with the working life of the state's major theatre venue and take advantage of real-life learning contexts. Tours may be booked in conjunction with a performance, exhibition, or as a stand-alone activity.
Discovery tour
With an orientation to the history and architecture of the Centre, students investigate the nature of the performing arts: how it contributes to the creativity of individuals and the cultural capital of the state.
Class groups discover backstage areas and theatre spaces with a qualified teacher guide.

- Suitable Years 4-10
- Duration 1-1½ hours
- Days/times Monday, Tuesday or Thursday 10am - 2pm (or by arrangement)

Special interest tour
Senior students with a special interest in career planning, focus on specific areas such as lighting, staging, design, tourism, and event marketing.
Small groups meet specialist technical staff in workplace situations with a qualified teacher guide.
