QPAC strives to take an active role in community organisations and charitable events, however, due to the high level of requests we regret we cannot guarantee that all will be fulfilled.
In order to fairly and equitably assess all requests, we ask that you compile all fields in the following form to briefly describe your request for evaluation. Only requests from QLD organisations will be considered.
We accept requests for community support continually throughout the year. Forms must be submitted up to a month prior to the date of need. Requests are evaluated on the 1st Monday of the month. Organisations may only request one donation per calendar year.
You will be notified via mail should your organisation's donation request be granted. Thank you for your interest in QPAC.
