Community Support Program Request Form

The QPAC Community Support Program demonstrates QPAC's commitment to supporting the needs of the community.

Under the Program, QPAC provides free tickets to support the work of registered charities, either directly where the tickets may be used by beneficiaries of the charity, or indirectly where the tickets may be sold, auctioned or raffled to raise funds for the charity.

The Program is administered under QPAC's Community Support Program Policy.

Eligibility Criteria

Tickets are only provided to organisations that meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • registered charities
  • based in Queensland
  • have not already received tickets through the Community Support Program in the current financial year

Selection Criteria

Successful applicants are selected by QPAC on the basis of:
  • the extent to which provision of tickets to the organisation aligns with QPAC's statutory and strategic imperatives
  • the likely benefit to the applicant
  • the likely benefit to the community.
In order to align with its statutory and strategic imperatives, QPAC distributes tickets under the following 4 sectors:
  • Children and Youth (40%)
  • South East Queensland region (30%)
  • Regional Arts (20%)
  • South Bank Precinct (10%)


QPAC provides successful applicants with two tickets to a show at a date and time chosen by QPAC.


Successful applicants are provided with tickets subject to the following conditions:
  • the tickets must only be used for legal fundraising activity, or for use by individuals in line with the charitable objects of the organisation
  • the organisation must acknowledge QPAC's contribution
  • the organisation must report back to QPAC regarding its use of the tickets


Applications for tickets under QPAC's Community Support Program Policy may be made online below.

QPAC accepts requests continually throughout the year, reviews requests on a monthly basis and informs applicants of the outcome of their requests within six weeks of the date of the request.

If you require the tickets for a particular event (e.g. fundraising occasion), please note that the application process may take up to six weeks and ensure that your application is made in plenty of time. QPAC is unable to consider urgent or last minute requests.
